Management Mentor serves professional managers within the knowledge economy. It was conceived in 2016 by Amazon Senior Manager Sean Donahoe as a result from multiple conversations with employees, mentees, friends and family members who came to him hungry for direction and guidance due to his personal success and passion for developing new managers. They also desired professional success and were looking for mentorship to guide them in their new role.
Sean came to me with 3 words to describe the company based on Management Mentors core principles: Brave, wise and trustworthy. These powerful labels paired with a geometric sans serif logotype and complementary color palette set an open and unobtrusive tone for the brand and provide visual depth and sophistication to communications materials.
